How BSSC Recruitment Works

BSSC fills non-gazetted posts, mostly in Group C, for government departments. Most recruitment is through written or computer-based exams, with typing, skill or physical tests added for posts that need them.

Pay and Benefits at BSSC

Posts filled through BSSC are paid on the pay matrix of the government concerned, mostly at the entry and middle levels for Group C posts. Each notice lists the pay level or scale of every post.

On top of basic pay come dearness allowance, house rent allowance by city, and other allowances. New appointees serve a probation period before confirmation.

4. Upload your photograph, signature and documents in the sizes asked, pay the fee where charged, and submit before the deadline.
