IIG Assistant Professor 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Professor Grade-I: Master's in Geology (60%) and Doctorate in Geology, with two SCI publications
- Assistant Professor Grade-II (Geology): Master's in Geology (60%) and three years research experience
- Assistant Professor Grade-II (Geophysics): Master's in Geophysics (60%) and three years research experience
- Junior Superintendent: Degree and four years administrative experience
- Stenographer Grade-I (deputation): holding analogous post on regular basis or ten years service in pay level 4
- Technical Assistant (Electronics): B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, or Bachelor's in Electronics (55%), or 3-year diploma (60%)
- Technical Assistant (Library Science): Bachelor's in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science (55%)
- Senior Administrative Assistant: Degree, typing 35 wpm English or 30 wpm Hindi, two years administrative experience
