CSIR NPL Project Staff 2026 Salary and Pay Scale
Each post pays a fixed monthly stipend, starting from ₹18,000 basic pay and rising to ₹58,000 plus HRA, with no annual increments. The starting basic pay is roughly ₹28,400 a month gross at 58% DA.
