At Document Verification

Mistakes That Get Candidates Rejected
- Name or date of birth in the application not matching the Class 10 certificate.
- A category certificate issued after the closing date, or in the wrong format.
- A degree or final mark sheet issued after the cut-off date the notice sets for qualification.
- Claiming a category or relaxation in the application without a certificate to support it.
Keep scanned copies of everything in one folder, and update certificates that expire before you start applying.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is an Aadhaar card enough as ID?
Aadhaar is accepted by most recruiters, but carry the ID you named in the application. Some notices list the accepted documents.
Which date of birth is used?
The date in your Class 10 certificate or mark sheet. Recruiters do not accept later changes made elsewhere.
Can I submit a category certificate after the last date?
Usually no. Most notices require the certificate to be issued on or before the closing date, so get it before you apply.
