How IITM Recruitment Works
Each notice covers its own posts and rules. Selection is usually through a written test, a skill test or an interview, depending on the post, followed by document verification.
Preparing for IITM Recruitment
Read the scheme of selection in each notice carefully, because it varies from post to post. Previous papers, where published, and the official syllabus are the best starting points.
Eligibility for IITM Jobs
Each IITM notification sets the qualification and age limits for its posts. Central government recruitment explains the standard age relaxations and the mistakes that get applications rejected.
Pay and Benefits at IITM
Pay follows the scale stated in each notice. Regular posts carry dearness allowance, house rent allowance and the other allowances of the government concerned; contract posts have a fixed monthly amount.
