Punjab Police recruits for posts in Punjab. Punjab state posts require Punjabi at matriculation level or an equivalent. Some examinations also include a qualifying Punjabi paper. Reserved seats are usually kept for residents, so keep your residence and category certificates in the format the state prescribes.

Preparing for Punjab Police Recruitment
Police recruitment has a written exam and demanding physical tests. Start running practice months before the physical test and build up gradually to avoid injury. For the written exam, focus on general knowledge, reasoning, arithmetic and the language paper.
