- The notice announces JEE (Main) 2027 Session 1, to be held in January 2027.
- Papers are Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech), Paper 2A (B.Arch.) and Paper 2B (B.Planning).
- Paper 1 has 75 questions across Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, in Computer Based Test mode.

- Paper 1 and Paper 2A/2B (Part I) have negative marking for incorrect answers in Section A and Section B.
- Drawing Test (Part III) of Paper 2A is in pen and paper (offline) mode on an A4 drawing sheet.
