RSSB Lipik Grade-II Kanishth Sahayak Typing Speed and Efficiency Test Instructions 2026

Rajasthan Staff Selection Board issued instructions for the Phase-II typing speed and efficiency test (Hindi and English) of the Lipik Grade-II/Kanishth Sahayak Combined Direct Recruitment Exam 2026, scheduled for 21-12-2026 to 29-12-2026.

What the Notice Says

• Phase-II test dates: 21-12-2026 to 24-12-2026, and 26-12-2026, 28-12-2026, 29-12-2026, online on computer.
• Four papers of 25 marks each: Hindi typing, English typing, Hindi efficiency, English efficiency; 10 minutes per paper.
• Qualifying marks are 9 in each paper; SC/ST candidates get 5 percent relaxation in minimum marks.
• Speed test: English passage of 500 words and Hindi passage of 400 words; 0.05 marks per correct English word and 0.0625 per correct Hindi word.
• Efficiency test uses MS Word 2013 (Hindi) and MS Excel 2013 (English), with 15 different questions in each language.

What Candidates Do Next

• Candidates who qualified Phase-I must appear for the Phase-II test on the dates in the notice.
• Download the e-admission certificate from the Board website www.rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in (as printed; the notice also gives www.rssb.rajasthan.gov.in).
• Mock test link will be made available about 15 days before the exam; candidates should take a trial.

How to Check the Schedule

1. Log in on the computer at your seat and use the Practice Test to check keyboard, mouse and screen.
2. Report to the exam centre and enter before the closing time printed on the admit card.

On the Exam Day

• Gate closing time will be printed on the e-admission certificate.
• Do not bring electronic devices, mobile phones or Bluetooth devices.
• Do not bring your own keyboard or keyboard stickers.
• Do not use Alt or Control keys during the test.
• Sign the declaration form and return it to the invigilator after the test.
