Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) is offering 20 Junior Research Fellowships for Ph.D. study in Ayurveda and Yoga & Naturopathy. The fellowships are open to non-AYUSH candidates who hold a Post Graduation in Biomedical Sciences and a valid NET qualification. CCRAS JRF 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Post Graduation in Biomedical Sciences (with emphasis on Life Sciences/ Chemical Sciences/ Physical Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Biostatistics) and having a NET Certificate with eligible validity period
Age Limit
Maximum 28 years

- Up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC, PwBD (lower locomotive disability only) and female applicants

CCRAS JRF 2026 Salary and Pay Scale
The fellowship pays Rs. 37,000 per month as Junior Research Fellow basic pay, plus House Rent Allowance and an annual contingency of Rs. 20,000 paid to your university or institution.

What Happens After Selection
