MSCPS Child Protection 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Post Graduate Degree in relevant social science/psychology/education fields (55%) for Project Coordinator and Case Worker (Child Care Institution)
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Sociology/Child Development/Psychology etc. (55%) for Case Worker (Child Helpline Unit)
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics (55%) with O Level in Computer, or Bachelor in Computer Application, for Data Analyst
  • Graduate in Commerce/Mathematics with Tally command for Storekeeper cum Accountant
  • M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology/Rehabilitation Psychology, or Bachelor in Occupational/Physio/Speech Therapy, or Diploma in Special Education, with valid RCI CRR number, for Special Educator/Therapist
  • General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) for Nurse; GNM or ANM for Paramedical Staff
  • Class XII passed (55%) for House Mother, House Father, Educator, Art & Craft cum Music Teacher
  • Minimum Class X passed for Care Taker cum Vocational Instructor
  • Minimum Class VIII passed for Cook, Helper cum Night Watchman, Housekeeper

Age Limit

Age Relaxation

  • Up to 5 years for ST candidates
  • Up to 50 years for staff currently working under MSCPS
  • Project Coordinator age 21-40 years; House Mother and House Father 18-45 years; Cook and Helper cum Night Watchman 18-35 years

  • Proficiency in computer acquiring CCC/DCA 1st Sem (where stated)
