The High Court for the State of Telangana is hiring 16 Research Assistants (Law) on one-year contract, in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Fourteen posts assist the Hon'ble Judges, and two work at the Telangana State Judicial Academy. Educational Qualification

  • 3/5 years Law Degree from a recognized University

Age Limit

Maximum 30 years

  • Must not have attained the age of 30 years as on 1st July preceding the last date for submission of applications
  • Citizen of India
  • Law degree after 5-year regular stream, or 10+2 plus 3-year degree course followed by 3-year regular law degree, from a recognized University
  • Law degree passed within 2 years immediately preceding the date of notification
  • Should not be pursuing any other course of study or profession requiring absence from place of work during engagement
  • Computer knowledge including retrieval from search engines/processes such as Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw etc.

TS High Court Research Assistant Law 2026 Salary and Pay Scale

The monthly remuneration is ₹50,000 as fixed by the Telangana government order G.O.Rt.No.1554 (Finance, HRM.VII) dated 08.08.2026. The notice gives only this single fixed figure, with no pay level or allowances listed.
