Educational Qualification
- First class Degree in Engineering/Technology (Chemical/Petroleum/Petrochemicals, Mechanical, Electrical/Electrical & Electronics, Civil, Instrumentation) with not less than 60% aggregate
- First class Degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication with not less than 60% (Officer Information Systems)
- M.A. in Hindi with English at graduation or M.A. in English with Hindi at graduation, minimum 60% (Junior Officer Official Language)
- Associate Membership of ICSI (ACS) with minimum 50% in final examination (Manager/Senior Manager Secretarial)

CPCL Executive 2026 Salary and Pay Scale
Post Codes 01 to 06 start at an initial basic pay of ₹50,000 in the IDA scale of ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000, and Post Code 08 starts at ₹80,000 or ₹90,000 depending on grade.

What Happens After Selection
Candidates who make the final merit list after the stages listed above (3 in all) have their original documents checked and go through a medical examination.
