Educational Qualification
- General Manager (HR): MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in HR/Personnel Management
- Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA(Fin.)
- Manager (HR): MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in HR/Personnel Management
- Manager (IT): B.E. (CS/IT)/MCA
- Manager (Raj Bhasha): Master Degree in Hindi or its equivalent with English as a subject at the Degree Level; preference to Ph.D. in Hindi
- Dy. Manager (Fin.): CA/CMA/MBA (Fin.)
- Dy. Manager (Law): Graduate in Law at Bar; Addl. Post Graduate in Law preferred

What Happens After Selection
Candidates who make the final merit list after the stages listed above (2 in all) have their original documents checked and go through a medical examination.
