NPCC Contract 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Site Engineer (Civil): Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Site Engineer (Electrical): Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
- Sr. Associate (OS)-Finance: CA/CMA/MBA (Fin.)/PG in relevant discipline
- Sr. Associate (OS)-HR: MBA (HR)/PG in HR
- Sr. Associate (OS)-Law: Three years LLB or five years integrated Law
- Sr. Associate (OS)-IT: MCA / B.Tech (CSE/IT)
- Jr. Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years)
- Assistant (OS): Graduate in any discipline with typing speed 50 WPM
- Assistant (OS)-Finance: B.Com

NPCC Contract 2026 Salary and Pay Scale
The consolidated monthly pay is Rs.33,750 for Site Engineer and Sr. Associate posts, Rs.25,650 for Jr. Engineer and Rs.25,000 for Assistant posts, plus employer PF at 12% and a Rs.1,250 medical allowance.
As printed in the notification: Consolidated remuneration per month: Rs.33,750/- (Site Engineer Civil, Site Engineer Electrical, Sr. Associate posts); Rs.25,650/- (Jr. Engineer Civil); Rs.25,000/- (Assistant OS and Assistant OS-Finance). Plus employer PF @12% and Medical Allowance Rs.1250/- per month.
