Educational Qualification
- Plant Head: B.E./B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Processing / Food Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Head-Quality Technical, Operations & B2B: Post Graduation in Food Technology / Food Engineering / Engineering / Management or related field
- Manager-Quality: Post Graduate / Graduate Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or related discipline
- Manager-Production: M.Sc. / B.Tech. in Food Science & Technology or equivalent
- Microbiologist: M.Sc/B.Sc. in Microbiology, Food Microbiology, Biotechnology or equivalent
- Executive-Production: Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Processing, Production, Mechanical or other relevant discipline
Other Conditions
- Plant Head: minimum 5 years' relevant experience in food grain processing or manufacturing plant operations
- Head-Quality Technical, Operations & B2B: minimum 15 years' relevant experience, preferably 5 years at Plant Head / Senior Manager level
- Manager-Quality: minimum 12 years' experience in quality assurance / quality control, hands-on experience in an NABL-accredited laboratory
- Manager-Production: overall 12 years' experience, minimum 7-8 years in a suitable position in an aseptic processing line
- Microbiologist: 2-3 years' experience in a food-processing, quality control or microbiology laboratory preferred
- Executive-Production: 2-3 years' experience in production/operations in a food-processing industry
