BEL Probationary Engineer 2026 Salary and Pay Scale
The post is at grade E-II with a basic pay scale of ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000, and the starting basic pay is ₹40,000. Allowances such as DA, HRA and performance related pay are added on top of basic pay.

What Happens After Selection
Candidates who make the final merit list after the stages listed above (3 in all) have their original documents checked and go through a medical examination.
