Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is hiring 150 Junior Executives on a short term basis for its divisions and offices across several Indian states. Most posts are in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Civil engineering. You need a regular or full time engineering or technology degree in an eligible branch, with minimum aggregate marks of 60% (50% for SC, ST and PwBD candidates). Educational Qualification
- Regular/full time degree in Engineering/Technology in eligible branches as listed in the notice; minimum 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS, 50% for SC/ST/PwBD

HAL Junior Executive 2026 Salary and Pay Scale
The pay scale is E0 (Rs 30,000 to 1,20,000 under DPE 2017), with a starting basic pay of ₹30,000 a month, plus allowances as per the notice.
As printed in the notification: E0 Pay Scale (2017) of DPE (Rs 30000-120000), Basic Pay Rs 30,000 per month, plus DA, HRA as applicable, and Cafeteria Allowance 35% of Basic Pay

What Happens After Selection
Selected candidates are engaged on the terms set out in the notice, usually for a fixed period with a fixed monthly remuneration.
