Engineers India Limited (EIL) is hiring 109 experienced engineers and officers on fixed-term contracts for Dangote fertiliser projects in Nigeria and Ethiopia. Posts include Associate Engineer, Associate Officer and Welding/NDT roles. Engineering graduates with the required construction experience are likely eligible, and diploma holders are eligible for some posts. Online applications close at 2:00 PM on 2 November 2026.
Who Should Apply for EIL Associate Engineer 2026
Engineers with a BE, B.Tech or B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil, Mechanical, Welding, NDT, Electrical or Instrumentation, with the required years of construction experience, and graduates or diploma holders in material management for officer posts; freshers without the required experience should not apply.

Watch Out Before You Apply

EIL Associate Engineer 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil/Mechanical/Welding/NDT/Electrical/Instrumentation (min 60%) for A, B, C
- Graduate in Arts/Commerce/Science with diploma in material management (min 55%) for D1
- Diploma in Engg. with diploma in material management for D2
- Degree in any branch of Engg. with diploma in material management for D3

Maximum 45 years (as on 30 Sept 2026)

- Welding/NDT candidates need B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical with 60% and ASNT or ISNT Level-II in RT/UT/DPT/MPT
- Fixed term of 2 years, extendable by 1 year, maximum 3 years
- Must be medically fit; no claim for regular appointment
EIL Associate Engineer 2026 Salary and Pay Scale
Monthly consolidated pay, including House Rent Allowance (HRA) and provident fund, ranges from ₹72,000 to ₹112,000 depending on post and city category.
