The Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Office, is hiring 22 Pharmacists on a contract basis for its dispensaries in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Eligible candidates usually hold a Diploma in Pharmacy or a B. Pharm degree, and must be registered with the Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council. Applications in a sealed cover must reach the office by 5:00 PM on 3 November 2026. Who Should Apply for RBI Pharmacist 2026

This suits Diploma in Pharmacy or B. Pharm holders with at least two years of pharmacist experience who are registered in Maharashtra, and it may not suit candidates without that registration.

RBI Pharmacist 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Matriculation or equivalent
  • Diploma in Pharmacy from recognized university registered under Pharmacy Act, 1948
  • Bachelor's Degree (B. Pharm) in Pharmacy

Other Conditions

  • Registered with Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council
  • Minimum two (02) years experience as a Pharmacist; PSB/PSU/Government experience preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of computers

RBI Pharmacist 2026 Salary and Pay Scale

The pay is a fixed remuneration of ₹600 per hour, for up to five hours a day and not more than ₹3,000 per day. There are no extra allowances, and the engagement lasts up to 240 days.
