ESIC Hospital Vannarpettai, Tirunelveli is hiring 46 contract doctors for super specialist, specialist, senior resident and accident and emergency posts. Eligibility depends on your MBBS, postgraduate degree or diploma, and the specialty you apply for. Educational Qualification
- Full time/part time super specialist: recognized medical qualification per IMC Act 1956 with M.Ch./DM or equivalent in concerned superspecialty, five years experience after first PG degree
- Full time/part time specialist: MBBS with PG degree or diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university with 3 years experience after PG degree, or 5 years experience after graduate diploma
- Senior resident (3 year): MBBS with PG degree or diploma or equivalent in concerned specialty from recognized university
- Senior resident (1 year): MBBS degree from NMC recognized college with two years experience, of which 1 year in concerned specialty from Govt. or private hospital (not private clinic), completed compulsory rotatory residential internship, registered with NMC or Tamil Nadu State Medical Council

ESIC Tirunelveli Specialist Senior Resident 2026 Salary and Pay Scale
The senior resident (1 year) post at Pay level 10 pays a consolidated remuneration of Rs.1,19,082 a month. Other posts have separate fixed or hourly pay as set out in the notice.
