TNMVMD Apprentice 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Category-I: Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular, full time) in relevant discipline from a statutory university or institution empowered by an Act of Parliament, or equivalent professional body graduate examination
- Category-II: Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Regular, full time) from a State Council/Board of Technical Education, a university, or an equivalent recognised institution, in relevant discipline
- Candidates must have passed during 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 and be from Tamil Nadu

Other Conditions
- Candidates who have already undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973, or have one year or more experience, are not eligible
- Reservation as per Apprenticeship Act guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwD on submission of government-format certificates
- Percentage of marks in the graduate/diploma examination must be entered on the NATS portal, otherwise candidature will not be considered

TNMVMD Apprentice 2026 Salary and Pay Scale

What Happens After Selection
Selected candidates sign a contract of apprenticeship and join for the training period stated in the notice, with a monthly stipend.
